Agave victoriae-reginaeAgave victoriae-reginae x americana v mediopicta

Agave victoriae-reginae is widespread in cultivation. This Mexican plant forms a very attractive spherical rosette and is not difficult to grow, the plant pictured was in the Jardin Canario on Gran Canaria but it is quite happy under glass in the UK.

The picture on the right shows an unusual hybrid between A. victoriae-reginae and A. americana v mediopicta.
